    he called 20% a crash and that as unlikely, but correct me if i'm wrong he forecast 2 years of 5% falls? that would mean over 10%, and if people are leveraging 6-7x annual income, that's 70% of annual income lost. Not sure why that's a market to rush in to. At the same token, it barely outweights selling and buy-back in costs. So the logical conclusion from both camps should be that if you have already bought, hold. if you haven't its probably worth waiting for now

    Well summed up, your last sentence in my opinion sums up investing in GOOD ASSETS full stop. Never sell regardless the market, only sell if personal circumstances mean you have to. My opinion only
