so building my house and get the soil test and it failed. Failed the 95% compaction test too. its on sand on a hill next to a heap of other properties that all had basic A class i dont see how mine would be so bad? the site was cut to level and is not on any fill. its just sand under sand no clay or anything underneath that could cause an issue. i cut 1300mm down a bit further past where the house is going to do a retaining wall and theres a section that hasnt had anything built against it for about 2 months and theres no no signs at all it is even remotely going to cave in. i cant see how it has come back as H- D. can anyone give any insight on what could be causing this issue? heres the 2 tests i have been given
