A few weeks ago, you may all know I was not in a good headspace but how much positive things can happen in a couple of weeks. Firstly I got a surprise from work that I am getting a 15k pay rise and have allocated these new funds to my share portfolio going forward. I put my investment property on the market three weeks ago, and just sold it last night over the asking price. Thank you to all, who has some kind words and wisdom. Moving forward once we settle, our PPOR home will have an LVR of 55% and our equity / share portfolio will continue grow. Once the dust settles, we will look at re building our property portfolio, this time taking care and seeking out professional advice. I'm not freaking out as much about be behind and now that I have mentally recovered, I truly understand how blessed I am. Looking forward to growing our portfolio
