Small substation in front of house - dealbreaker?

    I know markets everywhere are crazy but there are some properties I’d think twice about, even in a blue chip location.

    Attached is a photo of a pole mounted substation in front of a house that I’m looking at - personally I hate these things no matter how good the house or location, but studies usually point to inconclusive evidence of EMF impact on human health.

    Would it be a dealbreaker for you?
