Small fixing projects for PPOR

HI Guys,

I need to do few small projects at my PPOR in western Sydney.

1. Get new strong security door for backyard entrance from living room.

2. Change all the fly screen frames of all windows around the property so we can open the windows (current fly screens are not solid and aren't stable and easy to remove)

3. Put concrete in the back yard and front yard to match the existing one.

4. Change the current carpet to tiles or if other better option available for carpet.

Can anyone please recommend any good company or tradesman who can come for inspection and give us a quote.

Security door and fly screen frames are the most important and priority wise #1.

Hope to hear some suggestions.

 

You need separate trades to do each task (except security doors and fly screens, which is 1 company).

 

You could advertise the tasks on the HI pages website and see what sort of responses you get back. Agree with Alan - you'll need multiple tradies rather than one.
