Small business accountant

Looking for recommendations for a new accountant to help management a small business and build a family trust.

I have a current accountant whom we are looking at moving on from as we seem to have grown too much for them, they seem to fail to advise properly (didn't tell us about workcover insurance) and have some practices which seem a bit dodgey (they also do mortgage broking as well for our loans... Doesn't seem right).

So I'm looking to speak to someone to see if they could potentially advise us and move our accoutanting to.
