    My understanding is that it is more difficult these days to get money out of china, but the amount of chinese becoming wealth and wanting to live in these suburbs still out outweighs the supply in these suburbs. As soon as they figure out a way to get money out, things would be back to normal or even hotter.

    My Mum found it pretty straight forward to take money out of China - although she was just on holiday.

    I think, taking out $50,000 in one go is difficult and multiple times a year.

    On Saturday, I received a call from a person who signed up to receive money from China...banks and police alerted...now investigation underway and he may be charged. I told that person to speak to a criminal lawyer. ;)
