Are there any sites that publish a suburb's median price over a 10 year period? everything I've come across so far just show percentage increase/decrease over 12 months, 3 years, 5 and 10.

Pricefinder does 20 for most areas.

Realestate.com.au, price lookup page. Type in an address and it will show the last 10 years.

What part of the RE website is this on (or menu item does it fall under) - having trouble finding it.

What I did was google an address, clicked on a "onthehouse" link for the property, which then has a link to full house price history on realestate.com.au. Scroll downwards.

Yes, it was a tad convoluted....

Note, I did this on my phone so it may be different on a PC.

Thanks, @dabbler - I've used this before (just not entirely convinced of its accuracy).

I look at them all and use it as a guide.

Definitely not accurate unless you have studied all of the data which has gone into the stats. Eg. have they excluded all new buildings/old buildings to have a homogeneous sample, are all blocks of a similar size and zoning?
