Depends on the suburb, go double if its above average or higher

We are planning our PPOR build atm and I can't wait for my double sinks in both bathrooms - reduced fighting over teeth brushing in the mornings and no more being elbowed out of the way when blow drying my hair. We skipped the double shower though - we didn't see the value in it.

Personally I'd go with the double for practical reasons - especially if the vanity is so large.

Single. Gives you more bench space which is more likely to be used over a sink.

What do guys need a sink for? ? You have a kitchen sink i assume, send hub out there. I know i don't want to be in there when wifey is getting ready  I'm usually watching tele after the whole 5 minutes it takes to get ready:cool:

And what my new mates say to do is have single sink with double bench space  the trend is reverting! Be ahead of the curve! :D
