    Hi Guys,

    As some will remember, slightly less than a year ago a couple of you were asking about low cost Victorian investment options. Research at the time showed that Ballarat was promising. (see: Budget $330k Western suburbs Melbourne).

    Well for those of you who did buy there, the results are in: REIV - Significant price growth in regional Vic

    Soldiers Hill 17.5% 12 month growth
    Ballarat North 13.3% 12 month growth
    Brown Hill 10.6% 12 month growth.

    Congratulations to those of you (and my clients on here) who put their money down last year.
