Should I stage the house, mid sale process?

    It's funny how some people leave those stickers on forever.
    Good for resale I spose?

    I'm a believer of home staging, but it really depends on price point.
    Lower sensitive priced properties may not benefit financially, but can defiantly help sell it either quicker, or stand out over other vacant properties

    Until the stickers have noticeability faded!
    Then you pull the stickers off. Then you see the part under the sticker is pristine and scratch free and the rest of the applicance is not!

    I notice too that when staging a bathroom they appear to not have any towels on the rack. Wouldn't a nice set of new towels folded nicely add a bit of warmth and splash of colour to a bathroom? I understand not having toothbrushes on show etc, but why do a lot bathroom shots show a very empty room?

    That would be a concern, more likely with big solid bed parts I suppose.
    Doing the sneaky has more benefits.
