I'm curious to see what everyone else thinks about the Shiller PE ratio. There's only 3 times that it exceeded 30 in history - Black Tuesday (1929), dotcom 2000's bust, and for most of 2018. It dipped slightly in recent months but looks like it's heading up again.

I am debating what to do with my Vanguard international shares index fund which has a 63% exposure to the US, particularly as I've borrowed to invest in it... any one else profit taking?
