OK. So this is for my friend. Not me I swear!!! . If I had a default I wouldnt have been able to get a loan

My friend had a dispute with his uni about some school fees.

The dispute dragged on for a long time. I don't have the details of what exactly happened

His veda credit got a default.
He appealed and got it set aside.
He then went to court and settled it. I think they agreed to pay 50/50

Fast fwd a few years his veda credit is clear. But he found out this week that his dun and Bradstreet file still has the default.

What's the process to getting this removed. And I thought the statute of limitations is 5 years. As 5 years is apparnetlt 4 months time.

Would it be wiser to let it drop off or get it removed
