Selling vacant land in Marsden Park

    Long time lurker , thanks for all the great advice so far!

    I was looking for a recommendation for a selling agent for our vacant block of land in Marsden Park , NSW. Please recommend one if you have had a great experience with them.

    Another query is in regards to CGT. We have held this land for 2 years now. We brought it initially to build a home for ourselves , even got plans made by Clarendon but decided to dispose this land due to its distance from the city.

    Do we qualify for 50% discount on CGT as we have held this land for > 1 year or is it only for properties that have a house built upon them ?
