When writing marketing copy for real estate it's important to sell the benefit not the feature, sell the sizzle not the steak. I've just listed a new house today that has a SOUND PROOFED MASTER BEDROOM. What's the benefit of that ;).???

    Hmmm let me think..... censored!

    Noisy antics? Problem solved!

Thermally insulated, for when it gets too hot!

I ought to be in real estate ;)

Or in our case you can sleep through the roar of traffic on the major highway that you didn't notice when buying the house.

Clearly you have not lived with teenagers!

Sound insulation lets parents sleep while kids watch tv/play PS4/listen to music/argue with each other.

You can chuck the kids in there when they are having a tantrum. Chances are they may "let it out" on the furniture and fixtures and in my case my wife's unlocked, usually wide open make up case bought for the purpose to stop little fingers prying. Could always leave it empty and pad the walls :D
