Selling the house / not land

    Hey guys,

    Anyone ever sold their (house) only?
    If so how did you go about it and how did you do it?

    Someone prompted me to sell the house, as it is still functional, compared to total demolishing for development.

    Park homes seem to be doing this. They have to take the house away or enter in an agreement with you too lease the land from you. Needless to say, get proper legal help.

    Yep, its called renting :p

    Do you mean for removable homes that could be dumped on another lot of land? If so , these come up fairly regularly on gumtree.
