selling real estate agency (recommendations requested)

    Hi all, a friend of mine is selling her real estate agency in the Hills area of Sydney.

    If you know any solicitor in Sydney who has sold RE agencies before please recommend.

    Besides advertising in business section of SMH where else would it be advised to advertise that other RE agents would read?

    If it is a chain brand, surely they have a mechanism, or maybe a chain is interested ?

    May sound silly but maybe some of the real estate groups on Facebook as well. Agent may be looking to branch out on their own. Couldn't hurt
