Hi All, I'm selling a block of land I subdivided in QLD and I've been approached by a builder who is offering to also advertise a house and land package on realestate.com.au, and if they get a buyer for the land, they will refer them onto my agent. Has anyone sold land like this? Are there any other avenues I could explore? My agent isn't receiving many enquiries. Land is in the Ipswich area. Thanks
Sometimes people are not willing to buy just the land. While they would opt for a house and land as they are able to visualize the final spend. Also sometimes demand for built properties are more than land. It might turn out good if your agent doesnt minds. Regards
My developer clients usually grant options to the builder for house and land. If you PM me the details my SDA business might be interested.
