selling in Madeley western australia

    I am considering whether it might a good idea to sell my main residential property in Madeley located in Western Australia. It is my understanding that the Perth property market is slowly improving , and would like to know whether now is the right time to sell.

    Why are you considering selling?

    If you're realistic about price it'll get sold. Lots of unrealistic ones sitting around unsold in Perth atm. We were over a couple of weeks ago real estate shopping and saw them!

    In a year or 2 i think you'll be able to sell for more. Whether its worthwhile or not depends on answer to above question

    Ideally you want to sell at the peak of the market and Perth, at best has bottomed out and showing signs of recovery.

    I dont claim to have a crystal ball yet agree with @D.T. on the suggested time frame.
