Looking at selling one of my apartments (1 bedder near the city)- was quoted the prices and just wanted to double check they're in line with market?

Listing on Domain.com.au - Premium Plus- $1892 (skeptical about Domain but agent says they get a lot of enquiries from there)
    Listing on Realestate.com.au - Premiere- $1685
    Photos, floor plan, copywriting- $660
    Virtual Tour video- $275
    4 page brochure- $310

Initially we knocked back the Domain one, but agent is insisting we include it. Altogether that's about $4800.

Does this seem right? Any advice on whether Domain is worth it (seeing as it's higher priced than RE)?

    Thanks!

A bit of a late reply here but I've been given the same baloney from agents ie $1.5-$2K for advertising....then I see this:

    https://www.sellmyownplace.com.au/

The advertising costs on realestate and domain are in the early hundreds.

Our quote was exactly the same as yours back in July $4,800. We held.

Do people really skip the advertising on Domain? I though 99.99% of properties were listed on both, and I don't use REA because of their foreign ownership.
