Selling agent recommendation for QLD Ipswich area ?

I'm thinking to sell my current Investment Property in QLD, in the Ipswich LGA.

I wonder if anyone here can suggest a Selling agent with a good track record?

we're chatting to a few agents as part of our process of watching the market , though no plans to sell at the moment .

But we make notes as the agent we bought through and would have been happy to sell through has moved on . So we make notes on different agents .

haven't used any of these but :

Roger Eveans , property link is an " interesting " Character . makes his own quirky videos and has lots of energy . Does a good job of selling his services and seems to offer good value for money

Bronwyn Handley - Switch , old school , down to earth , helpful , friendly and answered phone ... ( many don't )

Richard Bird , Raine and Horne Helpful , friendly , answered phone

Of the many we've talked too , those three are at the top of our list to check out .

There's a lot I won't be talking to
