    I have quite a bit to do with Jenna and Nathan Shingles of FNQ Hot Property both professionally and personally.

    If I was going to sell my house I would use either one of them - not only are they good at what they do they do it in a moral and ethical way.

    You're using the words 'ethical' and 'sales agent' in the same sentence. I'm confused :confused:

    As a generality I would have concerns with expectations of great performance at a cut price.

    A service provider that is great at their craft/art usually doesnt need to reduce margins, indeed they will resist potential users that demand a price reduction, because they can only provide A+ service for so many people.

    I can't comment on their fee structure - that would best be a conversation held with them.

    FWIW, tell them I referred you (no, I don't get kickbacks).

    Elite Real Estate Services
    Lj Hooker Cairns Edge Hill
    Ray White Smithfield

    Never had any complaints about those 3 agencies. Kinnon is on the ground there so would trust her judgement.
