    Hi,
I'm a relatively new real estate agent in Brisbane and I have a product of 7 units making up over half a new building available. I would like some advice about whether I should advertise them separately @ $399K or advertise them to the interstate market targeting Superannuation investors @ $3m approx. for the whole lot at about 6% yield. Is this a high enough yield to make this attractive?
    Thank you in advance,

    Why not do both?

It is a developer with a complex of 12. 3 presales and 2 sales since with 7 now available and of those 7, 6 are tenanted.

Every unit has been purchased by investors. Busy location close to Uni and public transport.
