Hi, I'm a relatively new real estate agent in Brisbane and I have a product of 7 units making up over half a new building available. I would like some advice about whether I should advertise them separately @ $399K or advertise them to the interstate market targeting Superannuation investors @ $3m approx. for the whole lot at about 6% yield. Is this a high enough yield to make this attractive? Thank you in advance,
