anyone with recent experience in Adelaide on time between second fix invoice and hand over? We are in NSW so are reliant on relatives who occasionally have a look for us. Builder is Sterling Homes, despite the reviews so far we have been very happy but I'll reserve judgement in that until hand over. The only problem I have had is that the office staff seem to have no idea where the house is up to, I called earlier in the week and was told still three weeks off end of second fix and then in Friday I get the progress claim.
Im pretty sure @D.T was doing inspection reports for IP's in Adelaide. Not sure it this extends to building inspections? Blacky
IP inspections yes, buillding inspections no. You're better off using someone with construction qualifications so they can tell you where its up to, whether its all done to code, etc
Yeh normally a building surveyor would do this which I will get done anyway but was probably more curious about time to hand over
