I have just put in - spear.land.gov.au and its not coming up. You say under public search? Is that where I am going wrong?

spear.land.vic.gov.au I may have typed wrong the first time.
On right hand side go to public search
Then only fill in ‘responsible authhority’ which is bass coast and the ‘street name’ which is McKenzie rd hit search. I think The only Seagrove one is the one as McKenzie road, Cowes and the spear ref and plan number is on the right if that matches yours. Can click on the address to get more info then just google the meaning of the boxes to see what they mean. Hopefully it’s your stage

 

Hopefully April sometime. They will start ordering and lock in a specific date once settlement is finished which should be tomorrow, having issues with the settlement adjustments being wrong etc. If the house can be done by the end of the year I’ll be happy, it’s all I want.

I’m 631 Wallaby (Stage 15) and haven’t had news of titles or settlement yet. I went down there yesterday and it looks great!

Hi Alicudi, you say stage 15 is titled? I have lot 635 Wallaby and I haven’t received any notice of this s yet. How did you find out?

 

Hi Faye Thiele, it wasn't me that stated stage 15 is titled, that was somebody else in this thread.

 

That was me, I posted afterwards that I made a mistake with it

 

I have found out that part of Stage 15 has been titled and mine will be following that.

I suspected it may have been yours, yes.
Was down there a few weeks back and looked like it wasn’t too far off completion.

Congratulations....I have been waiting for you to join these forums. I am actually hoping to go for a drive down there in the next 7 days just to see how it all finished up and also visit a friend who lives in Cowes. My guess is towards the end of March or even April for everything to be finalised.

Are you going to live in Seagrove or build a holiday house?
