    Thought would share some valuations we have now.

    3 beds plus OOA High Physical Support in Stockland's Aura Estat $1.02m (cost $792) - 5 of these have been done

    Freedom 4 (4x 2bed units plus carers unit)
    Cannon Hill $4.65M ($2.2m package)
    Smithfield $4.1m
