    Hi, Are there any SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) Providers out there after more property? Property is in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane near shops, doctors, dentists, transport, child care centres, schools.

    Hi Smee

    Depends on design etc. We are approaching 1,000 properties in the pipeline across NSW, QLD, VIC & WA and turn down many. There are a lot that have been designed to meet "standard" but are not fit for purpose.

    House and pool would need to be demolished. Then up to two SDA houses could be built in very handy spot. Opposite new medical centre, child care facilities, near buses/busway etc.

    Are you developing or just looking to move the block on?

    Can do 4 x 2 units on low density land without DA also.

    Selling level block on top of hill. 800 sq m to build on once house and pool demolished. Got 2 quotes of $20k to demo house and pool.
