    Hi all,

    I am looking to buy my first home (PPOR then turned to IP) and would love to get some feedback on Scarborough Park Estate in Morisset, Lake Macquarie.

    There are state and local councils future plans for the area and my research showed me average positive CG and acceptable RY for Morisset. However, am I arriving late ?

    Lots are priced around $645 PSM. I have received initial build price quotes for a 4BR / 2BTH house ( $1,650 PSM ) plus extras which is high in my opinion.
