St Albans has been steady and like many middle ring suburbs awaiting for the rise from the inner west and east suburbs or Melbourne to trickle down.
Back up to 2017 levels and also a bit of craziness with one property in RGZ.

73 alfrieda corner block 590 sqm sold for $1.905 million! Crazy

    Hi Couq,

73 alfrieda was sold in Sep 2018 for 2.52 mil. So i do not think St Albans is back to even Sep 2018 level. This may be isolated case but so far i have not seen much proof of price rise other than agents trying to create hype. Many townhouses are taking time to sale as per my observation.
