    Thoughts on this home? How much do you reckon it will go for?

    5 Percy Street, Rozelle NSW 2039 | Domain

    House seems smallish, but garage/pool/garden combination is rare for suburb, as is oversized block of 400sqm - most 3/4 bed family homes sit on 200-300sqm in this suburb.

    Taking scarcity factors into account, tight supply, $3.1 guide but v early stage of campaign, am thinking could push $4m when all’s said and done..
