ACT Routine inspections - what are the rules around Covid?

    Need to organise my first 6 monthly routine inspection. Anyone know what the rules are right now? The property is in the ACT if that helps.

    Do I just need to wear a mask? Can the tenant be on-premise during the inspection?

    Also, never conducted an inspection before as previously the house was always rented to a friend and never had any problems with them. Anyone give any advice or a list of stuff I'm supposed to point out? Like I'm guessing holes in walls and mold needs to be pointed out?
