    A general thread for Rouse Hill. As of this first post, the suburb median is $1,000,000.

    Work will shortly start on the expansion of the Rouse Hill Town Centre. This is planned for mid-2017 and it is obvious they are timing it to be complete in time for the opening of the rail link.

    I sure hope they make a pedestrian-friendly link across Rouse Hill Drive.

    Prices for one-bedroom apartments range from $515,000 – $640,000, two-bedroom apartments are priced from $660,000 – $865,000 and three-bedroom apartments range from $895,000 – $1,015,000.

    Its all happening this end of North West. A house in a suburb next to RH has just sold for 50K more than another better presented house with slightly more land that sold earlier this year.We're talking over a 1mil dollars for approx 400sqm existing homes.

    According to onthehouse, 3% growth for the quarter. Not surprised. It will continue.
