rough cost to build estimate?

hi, can someone please help me work out an estimate to build this house in west adelaide? i have literally no idea what i’m doing and desperate it’s a loft with a big roof terrace, made mostly of brick, i just want to know the cost to build-walls, roof, doors, stairs, floor, but i really don’t even know where to start. any advice is appreciated!

I'll take a stab at it. It will cost somewhere between $1600-2000 per square metre.

The higher price will depend on the specification levels, how much is built on boundary, how is the middle floor going to hold up the roof terrace where there is no structure below (ie is that a room that the spiral staircase comes up into or just empty?)

All up it looks to be around 180sqm so I'd say minimum $288k and max 360k. If you want gold taps though ........
