I have met Roger briefly and he seems to be very knowledgeable and quantifies his research.

All I know is that he holds a negative on the Australian housing market/retail sector and his Alpha Plus Fund sucks ass.

His opinion on the Australian housing market and others:
    Montgomery Fund:
Morphic Asset Management (Wow it ended up getting removed for some reason, it was about the possible debts that could occur in a crash which seems to be underestimated by the Australian public):
    Peters MacGregor:
    Forager Funds:

He wrote for the Eureka Report. A good commentator but then tried to put his money (or your money) where his mouth is.

He is still highly respected and does a lot of technical presentations.

    An absolute follower here !

Foundation subscriber to his Skaffold platform and use it for pretty much all share buys and sells.

Does an "intrinsic value" and "investment grade" for all shares they follow. Soon as an A1 share has is 20% below it intrinsic value I'll look at whether to buy it.

SMSF has done well from it.

    :)

as with all fundies the schtick is "you buy a company not the market"

...then, without a trace of irony, 24hrs later: "there are no bids on property..."
