    Is there anyone in Rockhampton or who knows it well who could help me work out if a subdivision would stack up? Would be a couple of years before I could start. I know nothing about the area. I'll be ringing some agents but would be great to connect with any local investors. Im looking at Frenchville.

    I have a planner in the area that can tell you what is required from a planning perspective on that block.
