    We're fine to go to Appin......but the day/time could be an issue. Hubby's got a lot on his plate at the moment with rehersals, dance classes and guitar lessons.

    It is definitely challenging! Good if you like doing things like monkey bars or ninja warrior type training. Things thar look easy are not necessarily easy.

    Also, if you have shoulder issues, it might fix it. But if you don’t, you might hurt it!

    Interesting... The Rydalmere Groupon says age 15 and over and the Lane Cove one says 12 and over. I'm pencilling in to go to the Lane Cove one tonight after work.
