    Inspirational Skater and Bargain Hunter! Very well planned and timed. A great strategy that worked out for you in a short period of time. Many should take a leaf from your book - I'm certainly interested in reading /hearing as much as you're willing to divulge. I kindof got the impression that it was harder and harder for BH to keep going at work the closer you got to your goals (?).:p

    Haha, yep! We were doing research on some very nice purchases at the time. I didn't believe him at first, because he's been hot & cold at this job for a while. Then when I realised that he was serious this time, I was in a bit of a panic. Not because I was worried, but because I wanted to buy more stuff.

    So then, it was a case of sitting down & mapping out which ones to sell. So, instead of adding a heap more properties to the portfolio, it was a case of selling a few down to bring the income levels up, because I don't believe that living on equity works.

    With your income levels, you should be able to do it much quicker than we did. Just keep an eye on your budget!
