Residential address required for credit check?

    G’day,

    If one was to borrow from a bank (seek a loan) for an investment property and is not needing to use their ppor as security.
    And they have their address suppressed with the electoral commission etc etc for privacy.

    Is it correct that one has to provide their ppor for credit checks......
    Can they not provide a workplace address or PO box....
