Just purchased a property where trees have pushed pergola to quite an angle. It is mounted on steel stirrups which I can straighten. What should I use on the upper joints to hold the form when corrected. I do not want to cross brace with timber. Thx in advance

Tree roots had pushed out the brick garden wall and grew into the structure. I have now removed all obstructions.
