    Hi everyone,

    What do you think of renting out your property with a PM such as Barry Plant, Ray White, etc VS a PM that specialises in short stay.

    Any pros and cons?

    Where abouts is the property? Does it suit short stay arrangements?

    It's an apartment in Melbourne CBD. So, it does have the perks of being close to everywhere.
