Get me down to funky town!
I'm wondering is there a site where you find out how much you could rent your place for?

The local agency - they're always scrounging for new listings.

Best bet is to either check with a PM who's familiar with the area, or do some research yourself.

    Things to look at include:
    - Rentals advertised on realestate.com.au / domain.com.au , compare other properties of similar size and condition and you'll probably achieve similar amount of rent. Also check the quantity of the ads there and how long they've been up for as this will tell you if it's achievable or not.

    - Rentals on http://house.ksou.cn , do a rent search for the area and sort it by most recent. You'll generally get a list and you can compare similarly to the above.

    - Pricefinder / RPData / Residex all have similar functions to retrieve the same results as above for you automatically but are not free sites.
