    Was this rent review applied? That is, even though it's in the lease, the appropriate notice is still required to be given to the tenant.

    The agent doesn't, but this is something we are also looking into.


    I don't if the appropriate notice was given to the tenant at the time.

    Just to update this thread, the insurers paid the lost rent and costs for the Agents "Breach of Management".

    Surely you wouldn't want to continue with someone that displays this level of incompetence/apathy?
