    A friend said they saw them emptying the house the other day - the old wheelchair went in the moving truck. The coffins are for sale if anyone is interested, although another friends' tattoo artist has already bought one of them (???).

    Very interesting. Coffins aside, some really interesting features that would come up well. Love the colour of carpet and curtains. It goes so well with the heavy wood.

    Even the contents are awesome, and need to be restored and made a part of the finished product.

    As long as the coffins are empty that wouldn't put me off :p

    Could be a beautiful home with the right buyer and plenty of $$$

    30 swan st, Hamilton sold at auction on 24 October 2015 for $475K. Reserve $400K.
