    Hi guys

I'm in need of a new PM, I've had a look at Ray White and very interested with them, but I'm open for suggestions.

I'd like a PM who don't keep changing like the one I am with, five PM changes in the past 8 years.

    Thank you for your suggestions.

Good luck, Are you with Gordon Agencies? You could do worse than Louise at Ray Whites and be lucky to find better, but she doesn't have much competition. They haven't been in Mildura long but I would guess they would be one of the agencies with the highest listings. When I spoke with her she did seem more in tune with the market, while she didn't completely understand the nuances of the market she did understand it much better than other PMs I considered. Be careful many of the PMs are appalling.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

I'm with Elders. Currently been waiting for a reply for the PM negligence, the longer the no reply the more I know their reputation.

    Is Gordon agencies no no?

    Thanks for the suggestion.

If I go with let's say Ray White, how can I make sure that they don't assign Louise to me (if Louise is still there).

Do or Don't ? Louise is the boss. She has a very hands on approach. I suppose all the mundane stuff will be done by a junior any way but she will step in for any issue. Just give her a ring and talk to her. She is not the high pressure type. She may pass on some insight and opinions while not making you feel obligated to use her.

I truly apologise for misunderstanding the sentence.

My comprehension can sometimes be out of this world.

Thank you for the confirmation, I will make contact.

I have found that the best PMs here in Mildura are Pam Carter at Burns and co. Problem is is that she is at Burns and co. Other good PM is susan Gray at collies. Barry plant are also good. If you want further info on Gordons feel free to PM me as I have a very good knowledge of the way they operate
