I would have thought the developer should be helping there that as my understanding is it’s not a simple process . We have an SDA house and one more coming and the company ( NDISP ) we are working with are organising everything . You’d need to be working with an SDA provider . The only person on this forum who would have the knowledge to accurately answer that question would be @RPI who is one of the partners in NDISP. cliff
Only a registered SDA provider can enrol a property with he NDIS. You also need an SDA Assessor to sign off the plans. SDA Assessors & Certifiers – SDA – It's What We Do
