Hey Guys- I am looking to get a house and I found some land in some suburbs. Pallara, Hemmant, Mango Hill and Wakerley

My confusion is where to go for land from these suburbs considering appreciation.

I know Wakerly is probably best option but need to mainly about others. How are they in terms of growth.

Any feedback is appreciated. I am looking get land for own to build.

    Thanks.

Where do you want to live?
What facilities are important to you, where do you work, what are you looking to achieve?

    Hi there

Does each suburb have a station and how easy is parking at the station or walking there?

Have you looked on Translink at the time each of those places takes to commute to the city?

What are the schools in each area like? Do you want any particular public or private school?

I assume all new estates have parks and walking tracks but you will have to check for yourself.

Mango Hill will suit you, I dont know the others.

I only know Mango Hill a bit, I know Hemmant and Wakerley pretty well: Wakerley would be the pick IMO. Gumdale state school well regarded. Decent private high schools around. And you can always upgrade to Gumdale, Manly or Lota if you wanted to be close to bay in future.

I would say socio economic level of Hemmant is way below Wakerley and Mango Hill.

    Hope that helps
