Refinance sub-2.44%? Low LVR ($915K on $5m assets)...

    Anyone aware of better rates (fixed or variable, P&I) we can get for refinance on portfolio with low LVR?

    Best we've been offered is 2.44% with Heritage, including redraw facility (our choice of fixed or variable, rate offer is the same).

    Would be looking for $915K finance on $5m of assets. (Finance would be for IPs only, security would include IPs and PPOR). Online searches don't seem to distinguish for this level of LVR.
