Hi all, First time poster here. I am looking at various established properties in Victoria for a knock down and rebuild for multiple dwellings e.g. 2 or 3 townhouses. For example, if size and dimensions are not in question, how would you gauge prior to buying that a block of land will be suitable for redevelopment? Would you typically engage a draftsman or town planner beforehand? They will be able to confirm any easement restrictions? Ability to remove trees on the block etc.? Limitations due to zoning (GRZ1, NRZ etc.)? Keen to hear your thoughts and thanks in advance!
