    Hi, everyone thought we should start a thread where people can post recommended tradies, drafties, structural engineers etc...that they have used or do use and can recommend.

    I am after a structural engineer to provide me with a eng report, soil clarification and geotech. Can anyone recommend someone?

    I'm in the building industry and we use Structerre for engineering and soil reports, like most project builders probably do!

    Structerre for soil tests
    Surveyor- I prefer Vision survey. Have used cottage survey aswell and theres also land division.

    I design all manner of developments - from HBH to apartment developments and everything in between.

    I also do the planning and subdivision applications, too.

    I use Vision Surveys or The Land Division for my surveying depending on what side of the river the development is on.

    I use ACSWA for my building certification.

    I use Thermarate for my energy calcs.

    I have a real headache with engineers and I've used a lot - Pritchard Francis, Mike Lalli, Cardenosa, Structerre etc.
