Recommendations for property managers in Hornsby or w pennant hills area

Can someone recomnend a good property manager in the hills or Hornsby area nsw and what kind of rates they charge.

 

when getting a property manager is it better to get one in the local area or can I get one from another suburb. Does it matter?

Better to have a local PM.

It depends though - if you have a trusted out of area PM, I would go with them. We have one PM in Sydney who manages out of area properties, and it works well for us, as we have a good working relationship with them.

 

No recommendations at all?

My PM is hopeless. Keeps getting all my payments wrong and i'm constantly being underpaid.
